Hello community! My name is Larry Taylor. I’ve been living in the State of Washington for about 10 years. So, I feel like this is home now. But one of the things I miss most about Chicago, where I was born and raised, is the food. I remember going on Halstead and Roosevelt as a kid, shopping and getting Maxwell Street polishes. You could smell them from blocks away! Or, walking to one of the beef stands to grab a beef sandwich. I liked mines dipped in hot peppers, yum! With the music “my kind of town Chicago is… my kind of town” playing in the background, man, what sweet memories! So, I thought that I would bring a little taste of Chicago with me to the Pacific Northwest. I want you all to get to experience what I have for most of my life. So, I purchased a food truck and got to work turning a vision into reality. The truck is designed with all Chicago land marks. It’s sure to start a conversation or two. The food will be made with love and your palate will enjoy the colorful culture of taste from the Chi. Wize Guys Beefs is excited to serve you.
